About Us

Vivir-en-España makes a living selling real estate in Spain, more specifically in the South-Eastern province of Murcia. We don’t go about this lightly though. Apart from our category ‘Fincas’, where the emphasis lies on the restoration of a property, we offer primarily new built properties that are finished and have been signed off on by the local building inspection office.

We call this key-ready; all the services have been connected, bathrooms and kitchen have been installed and tiled, floors and walls have been finished and the new owner can move straight in without having to do any DIY.

Before we put a property in our portfolio and place it on our website we’ve thoroughly checked the reliability and solvability of the selling building company and made sure they have no legal problems so there’s nothing delaying a normal sales procedure.

Apart from this we’ve personally viewed all the projects and individual properties. This way we can guarantee that what we offer coincides with everything mentioned on the deeds. It also allows us to tell you, from personal experience, about the level of finish of the property, its situation and any other particulars.

We maintain a close relationship with the responsible employees of the selling companies.

This way we’re the first to hear about any new developments and can make sure our clients are the first to be benefited by them. Of course this direct relationship also allows us to offer the best possible prices.

It goes without saying we’ve got contracts with all the selling parties, that permit us to act as intermediates in the sale of the properties we offer.
