Have you seen anything you like? Are you curious what this property would be like for real? Would you like to fly over and form your personal opinion about the property and its surroundings? You can!

In an interview we try to establish what you require of your dream home in Spain.

Hereafter we can arrange viewings for you at a convenient date.

We can arrange the flight and / or hotel for you, should you so wish. Both the flight and hotel are at your own cost and for our inspection-trip guide you pay a fixed amount per day.

We will meet you at the Alicante Airport and bring you to your hotel. Later we take you on a guided tour and give you a taste of what your favourite part of Spain has to offer. We will of course view the properties of your choice and maybe some suggestions on our part.

Naturally we plan everything in such a way that there’s ample opportunity for you to explore the area at your own leisure.

Should you wish to have a second viewing of a particular property at the end of the week this can easily be arranged. It goes without saying this will be done without any additional cost.

In case you like what you see and experience but are curious about the legal and financial implications attached to buying a property in Spain, or if you’d like to know more about closing a mortgage with a Spanish bank, we can arrange for you to have an informal meeting with our financial team in Murcia, even before you fly down to Spain for your inspection trip.
